That is an absolute shame!
Now I understand why the Rattray are on sale at 50% off or so...because Chacom usually doesn't screw up on their drilling, especially straight or 1/4 bent pipes!
All my Chacom, even the USA ones, pass a pipe cleaner. They're all 1/4 bent.
