I spent the summer smoking mostly home mixed burley with various amts of what have you, and when D&R Bulks went on sale and I hadn't tried any, I jumped on some of their VA blends, as well as some others. At the time, the sails weren't available, so I can't comment on Wind Sail or the other one with Sail in its name.
PenHooker and Athey are the two I brought in and they're both interesting changes from burley smokes.
If you enjoy Perique, the Rimboche line is what you might like. S.J. seems slightly less tangy than the A.P. but both are comprised of typically excellent quality leaf, including their VA components.
I haven't really delved into my C&D Yorktown much yet.
I did find that I enjoyed the Newminster 400. It's a flake with a nice, lightly sweet topping.
